Miami Dish Returns

Miami Dish returns! What do you think about this new look? I’m loving it and bursting-like-bratwurst excited to get back to writing about all things edible and local. I’d love to hear your feedback and suggestions.

I owe a huge thanks to my personal webmaster, David Samayoa, who also happens to be my husband and partner in crime. On the last post, I wrote that Miami Dish would be back online in about a week or so. Moving servers and transforming the look proved to be more time-consuming than I anticipated. Such is life.

Dave crunched php and css in half the time it would have taken me to do it and made what seemed like an overwhelming learning curve manageable. Thanks to my brother Pete Sargalski for tech support as well.

You may notice the new ad space in the corner; Miami Dish recently became a Foodbuzz.com Featured Publisher. Foodbuzz is a new food blog aggregate site.

There are some other treats soon to emerge from the Miami Dish oven. I’m thrilled to present some new column ideas, I’ve got a new camera for shiny food pics, and of course there will be more multimedia fun.
