$1.50 a Slice!
If you think Cheesecake Factory is crowded, wait until their 30th birthday. On July 30th, Cheesecake Factory will offer slices of their pies for $1.50, with a limit of one per customer (awww…). This was the original price when the first restaurant opened in 1978. Get there early to for your dense, chilled slice of the pie.

$25 a Steak!
Well, sort of. The Summer Celebration offer from Ruth’s Chris is not a huge savings, but it could be worth it if both diners have the petite filet. For $89 total, a couple can dine; they each choose a salad, a main course (the petite filet and mixed grille being the only options that include steak), and a side. The couple can choose a shared dessert.
I took a look at the special menu and compared it to the one at South Florida Menu Pages, and I calculated that you’ll save about $10 for both meals altogether. If you’re the kind who’s motivated by sales (“It was 30 percent off!”), this one’s for you. I have dined here before (as someone else’s guest) and I did love that steak on those hot buttered plates. The desserts were amazing too, although my favorite one (caramelized banana cream pie) is not on the special menu.
